Triphasic Sleep Plans

Soon I shall be starting anotrher attempt at Triphasic. As I’ll still be in school while adapting, no holidays available, etc, I’ll be doing a gradual adaption, as follows:
Stage 1: 3 naps of 2 hours, 20 minutes each, totaling in 7 hours of sleep.
Stage 2: 3 naps of 2 hours each, totaling in 6 hours of sleep.
Stage 3: 3 naps of 1 hours, 40 minutes each, totaling in 5 hours of sleep.
Stage 4: 3 naps of 1 hours, 20 minutes each, totaling in 4 hours of sleep.
Stage 5: 3 naps of 1 hours each, totaling in 3 hours of sleep.
Stage 6: 3 naps of 40 minutes each, totaling in 2 hours of sleep.

Though I may stop at stage 5 if I’m happy with it. I’ll spend several days on each stage until happy with it. The first stage will mainly get my body used to the idea of sleeping in three sections, especially my nap jsut after getting home from school.

I’ve worked out the exact times I’ll be sleeping, which from stage 1 have me waking up at 7am (to get ready for school), and having my afternoon nap starting 4 pm after school, from stage 2 onward the night nap is in th same place, starting at midnight (it’s eariler in stage 1 or I’d only have like 2 hours before napping again).

I’ll be recording all this when I start soon, I have to talk to my sister about it first, as she won’t not know I’m doing it. last time she said I could as long as I did’t wake anybody up and stayed in my room. Then my brother-in-law (who was away during the week, that I was doing this fine) came back and told me to stop completely. So she shold be ok with it, I think. Wish me luck with this.

If I’m alouded to use the computer at night (as it’s downstairs, not in my room), I’ll spend half my time programming (for money!) and the other half studying for school stuff, if no computer it’ll be studies and bit of quiet fun, such as drawing, writing, etc (but not reading).

I mentioned above about getting jumping stilts, which I did get in the end, after I beat my sister down to letting me hve them. Most fun ever, can’t flip or anything though, but I can jump fairly high, run stupidly fast and love going around like kangaroo, also being 7 foot tall gets addictive, lol. I’ll be off to uni after this school year unless I take a gap year, and if I can bock at night at uni, I’ll be doing it after my nap.

I’ll try to do something active after each nap before eating, as
getting your metabalisim up before eating really helps your digestion. Not sure how to do this at 7am, but a quick jump around at about 5pm followed by dinner is a good way to go. At the moment my largest meal is dinner, it being a proper meal, breakfst only toast of cereal and lunch is crisps at break and yohurt at lunch (I know it’s not that healthy!). This is prolly bad as after food I’ll start sleeping for the night before most digestion is done. Hopefully polyphasic will help with this too. 😛
